The overarching goal of Bimefy is to increase productivity within the construction industry. Supported by various studies, including those by the OECD and ING Research, it is evident that the key drivers for increased productivity in the industry lie in digitization and the widespread adoption of prefab methods.
The digitization process unfolds in two distinct phases. The first, called 'digitization', involves the transition from paper to computer. This includes the use of BIM, access to a Single Source of Truth (SSOT), and efforts focused on improved digital communication. A significant portion of construction projects has embraced these practices, and through our Bimefy Consultancy services, we actively contribute to this progress.
The second phase, known as 'digitalisation' (digital twin), revolves around optimizing business processes through digital information. This is where Bimefy stands out with its Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. We aim to consolidate all available data from various stakeholders and IoT devices such as drones and on-site sensors within our platform. Using AI & Computer Vision, we analyze the data streams and overlay them onto the BIM to map the project's progress. Additionally, we identify potential issues (faulty constructions, cracks, etc.) or analyze safety risks, assigning them to the responsible parties.
To increase productivity in the construction sector, Bimefy brings together all stakeholders in a construction project on a digital platform. The platform serves as a CDE (Common Data Environment) and SSOT (Single Source of Truth) where all parties can collaborate on a BIM model enriched through data streams from IoT devices such as cameras, sensors, and drones, analyzed through AI. With AI, we can measure the project's progress, detect issues on the site early, and prevent unsafe situations.
The Bimefy platform is revolutionizing BIM collaboration and progress monitoring with AI-driven insights and advanced multi-model viewing capabilities.
